Is the swimming pool accessible to everyone?
The swimming pool at 't Hooge Holt is only accessible to our park guests. It is not a public swimming pool, so guests from outside the park unfortunately cannot use it. There is no supervision at the pool, so we recommend that parents accompany their children. For more information about the pool, please see our information page .
Do I need to make reservations at the restaurant in advance?
We recommend making a reservation in advance if you want to be sure of a spot in our restaurant. If you are not staying at 't Hooge Holt you are also welcome. Click here for more information about our catering.
Which facilities can I reserve and how do I do that?
Many of our facilities such as bowling, the escape box, bike rental & sandwich service can be reserved in advance. This is easily organized through our app. You can easily download this here .
If I am not staying at the park, which facilities can I use?
Even if you are not staying at 't Hooge Holt, there is plenty to do for young and old. For example, our indoor playground is freely accessible and you can also visit the petting zoo and the other playgrounds on the park. However, the swimming pool is only accessible to our park guests. In addition, please note that it is not allowed to bring your own refreshments into our catering facilities.

Can I pay on departure ?
It is not possible to pay on departure or afterwards. You can pay in advance or on arrival at the latest. The payment must be received by us before we can give you the key to the accommodation. The payment terms on the invoice are always leading.
How can I pay?
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation with the corresponding invoice. From the invoice you can pay easily and securely via the payment link, then the payment will automatically be processed in your reservation. You can also pay by bank transfer. Please mention your reservation number. Please note that it may take some time before the payment is manually processed in our system.
Is there still a small balance due on arrival? Then just pay it with pin, cash or credit card.

Can I still cancel my reservation?
We use the RECRON-conditions, this states exactly what possibilities there are regarding the cancellation of your reservation. Click here for the conditions.
Can I indicate a preference?
It is possible to indicate a preference during the booking process. You can choose based on a facility or a specific house number (location). Both preferences are subject to additional costs. If you book without a preference, you will be booked at random. Communicating a preference is easily done in step 2 of the booking process.
Can I take an option on a vacation at 't Hooge Holt?
It is possible to take a temporary non-binding option. Depending on how busy it is and the desired period, this option will remain available to you for a number of days. Canceling the temporary option is completely free of charge and without any obligations.
Are accommodations suitable for disabled persons?
Our accommodations are not specifically equipped for the disabled. However, we do have some ground-level accommodations, such as the 6-person wooden houses, which are often suitable for guests with limited mobility. These homes have a porch, and you can request a ramp from us.

What are the check out times?
Our check out time is at 10:00 am, you can drop off the key to the accommodation at the reception or deposit it in the mailbox by the barrier.
What are the check-in times?
You can check in during the opening hours of the reception. From 16:00 you can enter the park and use your accommodation. You are welcome to use our facilities all day, so feel free to arrive earlier!
Can I check in outside reception opening hours?
Can't you check in during the reception opening hours? No problem! Just let reception know and we'll tell you where to pick up your keys. Check the current opening hours here.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome! However, they are not allowed in all accommodations. During the booking process you can indicate if you are bringing a pet. If so, you will immediately see which accommodations are suitable for pets. Prefer a pet-free accommodation? You can easily indicate that too during the booking process.
